  • What is needed to move forward:

    Your event date, venue name & address, event timeframe, reason for celebration, themes/colors, & dietary restrictions.

    For Design Installations:

    3 hours minimum needed. Floor plan, pictures of design area, dimensions of surface area, unload/parking information (✧parking expenses will be clients responsibility), maps (for universities, schools, hospitals, or large companies), staircases/elevators, & dolly availability.

    ✧Any request or payment under 15 days is subject to an expedite fee.

    ✧A Deposit Is Required To Reserve Calendar Date. 

Expect A Proposal Within 72 Hours, Once All Details Are Received From Client. *Exceptions Can Occur.

A 50% Deposit Is Required To Reserve Calendar Date. 

Balance Due Amounts Are Due 15 Days Prior To Event Date.
Any Request Under 15 Days Will Have An Expedite Fee. 

3 Hours Minimum Required For Any Full Design Installation. (Event Size Could Alter Time).
